Our group personal training classes are limited in size to ensure proper safety and social distancing, and are led by our staff of highly-educated certified personal trainers.  Group training can help you burn more than 5x as many calories as you would while training on their own at a fraction of the cost of 1-on-1 personal training. Our trainers tailor each workout to meet the unique needs of all members in the group and train each individual to their maximum safe ability.  Group training is an affordable way to maximize results while truly enjoying your workout experience.
