From ULTIMATE FIGHT–the calorie-scorching spawn of circuit training and kickboxing, to ULTIMATE HOUR’S calorie-crunching circuit workout, our trainers tailor each ULTIMATE OPTION workout to your fitness level. If you’re a beginner or advanced, Ultimate Options deliver what you need to look and feel your best.

There are a variety of OPTIONS to choose from (each catering to its own unique audience). These include:
HAPPY HOUR – Who knew that all of these people could have a great workout at the same time? Have fun getting in shape with our body fat incinerating, trainer tailored, full body workouts. In the midst of all of the smiles and intermittent laughter, you realize that you are not only sweating, but (literally) working your butt off.
WAKE & BAKE – Not the wake & bake you knew in college. WAKE UP and roast 500 – 1000 calories in this early morning adventure. From “super” and “giant” sets to full blown strength and cardio circuits, your fat cells will have nowhere to hide. Are you ready?
FUN BUNCH – Thinking about joining an Ultimate Option, but are new to the workout scene? This is the Option for you! Geared for the fitness novice; FUN BUNCH is the kinder, gentler version of our HAPPY HOUR body fat incinerating, trainer tailored, full body workout. Get started here!
ULTIMATE HOUR – Sculpt and tone your muscles, burn hundreds of calories per circuit (~15 station) workout. By keeping you in constant motion, Ultimate Hour’s full body workouts are great for the heart and skeletal muscles. Exercise intensity and technical difficulty will increase as you progress in order to force continual development the body; disallowing muscular complaisancy and optimizing lean muscle development, thus maximizing fat loss!
ULTIMATE FIGHT – the same principal as the ULTIMATE HOUR, only this hour utilizes the “buddy time” system and also incorporates the addition of boxing and kickboxing. This causes the duration of most every activity dependent on one or more of your session mates timeliness in completing their activity. Teamwork = FUN, FUN, FUN! You’ll work harder because it’s not just your muscles burning; it’s your buddies’ muscles too!
GIRLS ONLY (girls 8 – 13) and YOUNG GUNS (boys 8 – 13) – What is with kids today? Sure they can program our computers with far more skill than most of us can imagine, but are they in shape? Well unplug the X-box, pry their butts off of the couch and let them experience the joy of exercise with GIRLS ONLY and YOUNG GUNS!
