Why did you move?
We’re sure you’re aware that New Albany is growing by leaps and bounds as the “Silicon HeartlandTM” begins to materialize. With Intel and other corporate giants laying stake here, the local economy is set to boom. And yet, with progress comes change. For businesses that support the construction of these behemoths, local warehouse space is a must – and a resource in very short supply. One such business made our landlord a lease offer infinitely beyond our budget. So, after 18 years on Zarley St, we’re out, they’re in and Ultimate U is on the move.
Where are you now?
When our multi month search for a new space was a bust, we joined forces with local fitness studio, One More Rep. Founded in 2007, One More Rep is owned by a delightful pair, Adam and Jen Sears. This dynamic New Albany couple have built a great training environment beautifully aligned with Ultimate U’s mission to transform bodies and lives. We’re super excited to welcome you to our new location inside One More Rep and introduce you to Adam, Jen and their team!

Are you open at the new location?
Yes – we opened at the new location on Monday, January 16th.
All personal training sessions and massages will take place at their regularly scheduled time at our new Morse Rd location starting Monday, January 16.
When will personal training and massage sessions start at the new location?
Monday, January 16
We bid a final farewell to our Zarley St. location on Saturday, January 14. We’re now up and running at our new Morse Rd location and look forward to welcoming you to our new space!
Are there locker rooms?
There are two large restrooms and a changing room. While showers aren’t available at this time, please note the facility is kept cool to reduce sweating. As such, most people are able to resume their daily activities following a workout without the need to shower.
Can I tour the new facility?
Yes! We’d love to show you around and help you get acclimated to our new digs. Either Molly, Troy or Zoe will be at the new location during normal business hours starting January 16. Hours at the new location are Monday – Friday, 6 am – 7 pm; Saturday, 7:30 am – 12 pm; Sunday, 10 am – 1 pm.
What services are offered at the new location?
Personal Training – Krista, Karyn, James, Stephen, Steve, Danny and Troy will all continue to help you get and stay fit with awesome workouts at our new location. PLUS, Every training session you do between Jan 16 – Feb 18 will earn you an entry in our next exciting initiative, “Train & Win!” You could earn a share of $500 in CASH PRIZES in the drawing to be held via Facebook live on Saturday, February 25. Massage – UU massage therapists Crystal, Vince and Darko will continue helping you restore, relax and renew at our new location.
Infrared Sauna – provides a therapeutic treatment that’s relaxing, restorative and gives a range of health and healing benefits. Similar to exercise, the more you do it, the better the results! Is Zoom training still be offered?
Absolutely! All massage and personal training sessions (in-person and via Zoom) will be offered at their regularly scheduled times. If you’ve not tried Zoom training before, this would be a great time check it out. What it the new location doesn't work for me?
We realize our new location will be convenient for some and less so for others. If you’re on the fence, we sure hope you’ll at least give it a try – especially because you won’t want to miss out on our next exciting initiative: TRAIN & WIN! Why such a short notice?
We recognize that this is short notice for such a big change. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. Unfortunately, due to a number of factors, the timeline was not within our control. We share our heartfelt thanks for your patience as we work through the relocation process.
Will my billing stay the same?
Yes. Ultimate U will continue your billing through our secure system per your existing agreement(s). Don’t hesitate to reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns.
