Whether you're new to exercise or an Olympic athlete, The Super U Challenge is for YOU! You’ll set ONE fitness goal from the options below. Goals are ROCKET FUEL for progress and there’s a “just right” goal for every fitness level. Keep in mind you don’t START with 100 reps—you build up over time. You'll have 6 whole weeks to work towards this goal. You've got this!
