As a Client Relationship Specialist, you’re organized, computer savvy and able to manage multiple administrative tasks at once. You stay upbeat and productive, even when the front desk gets busy.   • Creates a warm, welcoming environment for clients, patients, and guests
  • Delivers outstanding customer service through in-person, telephone and email communications
  • Works with Ultimate U’s health, fitness and medical professionals to ensure the needs of each client are appropriately addressed in ways that exceed client expectations
  • Collaborates with Ultimate U team members and leadership to create, promote, implement, then track, measure and report on the success of client satisfaction and retention initiatives
  • Properly checks clients, patients and guests into our wellness center
  • Schedules consultations, personal training, massage and other wellness services
  • Educates clients and guests on Ultimate U membership options, products, programs, and services
  • Takes a “counselor” approach when assisting clients in the buying process, and finds it rewarding to match clients to the offerings that are the best fit for their needs
  • Utilizes all aspects of Ultimate U’s club management and internal communication software and uses programs to their full potential
  • Maintains the organization and neatness of front desk, lobby and surrounding areas
  • Ensures facility safety
  • All other duties as assigned

YOU’RE A CANDIDATE IF YOU ARE (knowledge, skills and qualifications)

  • 18 years or older
  • A match for the strengths, skills and character described above
  • Physically active, and healthy living is an important priority in your life
  • A high school graduate or GED equivalent
  • A punctual, reliable professional who thinks beyond their job description to maximize our positive impact and success
  • A cooperative team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • A highly skilled written and verbal communicator including the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and policy and procedure manuals.  Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.  Ability to effectively speak in English about the organization to groups of clients and/or employees.
  • Proficient in business math skills including the ability to calculate figures and amounts such as package totals, discounts and percentages.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Office, Power Point and Google Docs
  • Experienced with at least two prior years in sales, customer service or related roles
  • Certified in CPR/AED or will complete certification within the first thirty days after hire 

HOURS: Part-time, 8 to 17 hours per week depending on candidates’ interest and availability to work the shifts below:

    • Fridays, 9:30 am – 1:30 pm*
    • Saturdays, 7:15 – 11:30 am or 11:30 – 3:15 pm
    • Sundays, 8:45 am – 1:30 pm

*These shifts could potentially end later if right candidate wanted more hours


$10.00 – $14.00 per hour with potential to earn additional incentive pay.*

Playcare Associate (part-time, mornings)  


Whether you’re playing games, organizing crafts, leading activities or reading a story, you enjoy spending time with kids. You’d be perfect as the fun, upbeat, interactive Playcare Associate we need at Ultimate U Total Health.


  • Cares for children ranging in age from 3 months to 12 years old
  • Develops, implements and engages children in age-appropriate activities including reading, storytelling, organized arts and crafts, learning activities, games and other forms of kid-friendly entertainment during their time in the Playcare
  • Attentively supervises and attends to children to ensure their safety and wellbeing throughout their time in the Playcare
  • Interacts with the children in a positive, friendly way that makes their time in the child center enjoyable and makes them look forward to their next visit.
  • Maintains a positive rapport with all parents, children, Ultimate U clients, patients and guests
  • Cordially greets and interacts with parents and children in a friendly, respectful and professional manner. Introduces him- or herself to new families and warmly welcomes them to the Playcare.
  • Goes above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service
  • Orients parents to the policies and procedures of the Playcare including the parent liability release form, sign in/out procedure, and hours of operation
  • Asks parents if there are any allergies, special needs or other requests regarding how their child or children should be cared for during their time in the Playcare
  • Follows specific parent directions for feeding, toileting, care and special needs
  • Ensures safe play conditions and follows established security procedures
  • Maintains the cleanliness and safety of the Playcare including body fluid clean up, sanitizing toys and surfaces, vacuuming and organizing
  • Attends to children if injured, completes accident reports and reports incidences to supervisor and parents
  • When children aren’t present in the Playcare, completes various general tasks such as stocking bathroom supplies, straightening up, washing or folding gym towels and sheets, breaking down boxes, and other light cleaning or general office work


  • Previous child care experience desired
  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • Must pass a Background Criminal Investigation check
  • Must be able to obtain CPR certification within 60 days of hire and keep the certification current throughout employment
  • Must be willing and able to work at least 3 weekday mornings per week from 9 am – 11:45 am
  • Energetic, upbeat, warm, outgoing, and personable
  • Knowledge of basic child care and feeding as well as an understanding of infant and child development
  • Ability to work well with and be patient with children
  • Ability to maintain calm, orderly conduct among the children without raising your voice or using corporal punishment (which is strictly prohibited)
  • Ability to move and react quickly to a variety of circumstances
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Workdays: 3 to 5 weekday mornings(Monday through Friday) per week
  • Hours: 9 a.m. – 11:45 am
  • Hours per week: 8 to 14 on average. (Note: hours may vary due to facility closings related to holidays, inclement weather, emergencies or other situations)


$9.50 – $12.00 per hour*
