Zoe Guirlinger, MSPT, is CEO of Ultimate U Total Health, as well as the creator of the award-winning Ultimate U Challenge. This industry-leading group process helps participants lose weight, improve fitness, restore optimal health and increase overall well-being through a 360° lifestyle change approach. Combining education, behavior modification, nutrition guidance and exercise training, The UU Challenge provides targeted research-based information and support to help men and women overcome the physical, mental, emotional and motivational barriers to long-term weight control.

Zoe, also a Wellness Coach, is an expert in the area of obesity and wellness who has been quoted by The New York Times, The Columbus Dispatch, Business First, and numerous other media publications. She has been honored as NAWBO’s 2011 Visionary Award Winner in addition to being one of Columbus radio station Sunny 95’s “20 Outstanding Women You Should Know”.

She is an active presenter on weight, health and fitness topics to promote public awareness and empower change. She has addressed thousands of attendees at venues including The Ohio State University, Denison University, Licking Memorial Hospital, AETNA, State Farm, Cardinal Health, Nationwide and many more. She is regularly featured on radio and television segments focusing on weight loss and
healthy living.

Before founding her holistic health and weight loss business in 2003, Zoe was a licensed physical therapist who practiced in an outpatient orthopedic setting. She graduated summa cum laude with her Bachelor’s in Biology and earned an M.S. in Physical Therapy with highest academic honors.

Zoe became a specialist in the field of obesity and weight loss after struggling with her weight for over 20 years. After years of failing at one diet after another, Zoe decided to turn to the research to learn how real people lost weight and kept it off. She combined information from the fields of nutrition, exercise physiology, psychology and neuroscience to lose over 40 pounds and create her personal transformation. Since then she has helped thousands of other women create healthy bodies and lasting weight loss.
